The slope of the tangent to the curve $y=3x^{2}+3\sin x $ at $x=0 $ is

$y=3x^2+3 \sin x$
$\large\frac{dy}{dx}=$$6x+ 3 \cos x$
$\large\frac{dy}{dx} $$= 0+ 3 \cos 0 =3$
Hence 1 is the correct answer.
