The value of $[3]+11([5]+11[6])$ is

\[\begin{array}{1 1}(1)[0]&(2)[1]\\(3)[2]&(4)[3]\end{array}\]

$[3]+_{11} ([5]+_{11} [6])=[3]+_{11} \bigg( \large\frac{5+6}{11}\bigg)$
$\qquad= [3] +_{11} [0] =[3]$
Hence 4 is the correct answer.
