The mean and standard deviation of a set of 10 values
were calculated as 16 and 5 respectively. It was
discovered later on that two of the values were
recorded as 8 and 12 while the correct values were 3
and 21, respectively. Rectify the error and compute the
corrected values of mean and standard deviation
