Calculate the % change on volume is bulk modulus of water is $2\times 10^9N/m^2$ and average depth of sea is 4000m,take $g=10m/s^2$.

As $B=\large\frac{P}{\Delta V/V}$
$\large\frac{\Delta V}{V}=\frac{P}{B}$
Given $B=2\times 10^9N/m^2$
$\;\;\;=10^3\times 10\times 4\times 10^3$
$\;\;\;=4\times 10^7N/m^2$
$\large\frac{\Delta V}{V}=\frac{4\times 10^7}{2\times 10^9}$
$\Rightarrow 2\times 10^{-2}$
$\Rightarrow 2$%
Hence (B) is the correct answer.
