Find the shortest distance between two skew lines $L_1: \large\frac{x-3}{2}=\frac{y+1}{4}=\frac{z-2}{-1}$ and $L_2: \large\frac{x-3}{2}=\frac{y-2}{1}=\frac{z+2}{2}$ and obtain equations of two parallel planes $P_1$ and $P_2$ contain $L_1$ and $L_2$ respectively
